QUARTERMASTER REQUEST
It is time to renew our annual memberships. This renewal is for the calendar year 2008. Using one of the following methods, you can easily renew your annual membership. You can also choose to become a Life Member with these methods. Current Annual Dues are $30.00.
Pay Dues Online with Credit Card 1. Go to www.vfw.org 2. At bottom of VFW home page, in PAY DUES ONLINE box, click on Pay Your Dues Online. It’s easy and quick. 3. Follow Instructions and submit. Your new card will be sent to you. Pay Dues by Mail with Credit Card or Check. 1. Fill out mailing form from VFW National 2. Use self addressed envelope to return form. Your new card will be sent to you. Pay Dues in Person with Cash, Credit Card or Check. 1. Bring method of payment to monthly meeting or contact Quartermaster. For those of you interested in a Life Membership, refer to the chart below to establish the amount you would pay for Life Membership Dues.LIFE MEMBERSHIP FEE SCHEDULE

Payment Plan Terms and Conditions: The VFW Life Membership Installment plan allows any VFW member/applicant to purchase a Life Membership by making either 11 or 23 monthly installments after an initial payment of $35. The member will be issued a “Provisional Life” membership card and can elect, upon receipt of the first monthly invoice, to pay via check, credit card or ACH Debit. The monthly fee (shown in the payment schedule) includes a $1.75 monthly service fee. The applicable Life Membership fee is to be determined from the schedule using the applicant’s age on Dec. 31 of the installment plan year in which the application is submitted regardless of actual date of birth. A permanent Life Membership card will be issued upon completion of this agreement. No refund of any portion of current year annual dues will be made. A “payoff amount” will be printed on each monthly invoice, allowing the member the option to pay in full, thereby avoiding additional service fees.
